TERMS & CONDITONS

Visionz Entertainment: These Terms and Conditions outline the contractual obligations we have between us “Visionz Entertainment/The Supplier” & you “The Client/Customer.” When it comes to providing you with a photobooth for your event we try to be extremely transparent. The terms and conditions covered include privacy, refunds and general conditions. If there is something you need more clarification on, please contact us directly so that we can assist.

 Our Service:
  1. All basic Inclusions are mentioned on the website under “Our Packages” (https://visionzentertainment.com.au/packages/). Further agreed conditions or additional services will be listed in consequent emails as per agreements made, this includes additional costings.
  2. Our services/equipment will be provided in good working order and industry expected condition. They will function exactly as described.
  3. Adequate communication will be provided prior to the activation in regards to timings of set ups, pack downs, design work and all other contributing factors of your booking.
Privacy:
  1. All photos taken by our photo booths/photographers are kept and stored for a period of 1 month. They are then deleted permanently from record.
  2. All photos taken (of appropriate imagery) may be used in advertising/promotional material including web work. If this is something that is not permissible please advise our team prior to the event or at your earliest convenience. 
  3. All information provided to Visionz Entertainment is treated in a confidential manner.
Payment:
  1. A 30% non refundable deposit is to be paid to secure your booking. We cannot secure your booking without a deposit. Failure to pay the deposit may lead to another event taking the spot.
  2. Final payment is required 1 week prior to your event via bank transfer or credit card. If booked within 7 days of the event, a non-refundable full payment must be received at least 48 hours before the booking. 
  3. Any equipment malfunction rendering the machine unusable for the remainder of hire time will constitute a percentage refund of time. This does not apply if equipment has been mistreated in anyway. 
  4. Date change requests can be done 30 days or more prior to the event, subject to availability.
  5. A travel surcharge will apply to events outside of Airlie Beach and the immediate surrounding areas including any of the Whitsunday Islands. An idle fee may apply for extensive waiting periods.
  6. Certain dates may be subject to an additional surcharge such as public holidays or holiday periods.
  7. Props (if used) must be in 100% condition by the end of the event, otherwise, a charge may apply.
Parking:
  1. We will be required to park our vehicle close to the venue given the nature of our service (heavy, fragile equipment). As such, by booking with Visionz Entertainment, the client agrees to pay for the parking expenses. This is to be:
    • Arranged by the client prior to the event, or
    • Paid for by the client after the event in the form of reimbursement. 
GST:
  1. Prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Legal Liability:
  1. Visionz Entertainment can not be held liable for failing to perform under the Photobooth terms and conditions, by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control. Including: labour disturbance, power outage/interruption of service and or communication outage. Further inclusions to this are: fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.
  2. All hirers acknowledge that they are liable for any damages sustained by our equipment during their hire . As such repair or replacement of damaged items will be charged to them at full value of said repair/replacement. Further to this any loss of income caused by the damages will also be charged to the hirer.
  3. Our photobooth cannot travel upstairs, at a weight of 120kg we require flat surfaces/ramps to be able to move the booth to its location. We can advise and recommend but the responsibility still remains with the hirer. No refund will be given for failing to ensure the photobooth will get into the venue. Please ensure this before booking your service.
  4. Our attendants reserve the right to immediately shut the booth down, if they feel that it’s being misused in any way. This includes dangerous or intoxicated behaviour that could damage the booth, staff, venue or other patrons near the booth
Force Majeure:
  1. Visionz Entertainment will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control which may include a labour disturbance, internet/electrical outage, service interruption, communication outage failure by a service provided to us to perform, a fire emergency, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster or war, Government Imposed Restrictions.
